Eureka Enters a Boom Era
In its 86 year long history, Eureka has never seen such a boom time thanks to sire sensation Spirit of Boom.
A homebred who raced in the Eureka colours to win two Group 1's before retiring to stud. Spirit of Boom quickly stamped himself as a serious stallion when he became Australia's runaway leading first season sire by number of 2yo winners off just a $11,000 service fee. Spirit of Boom has since been crowned a reigning Champion Queensland Sire four years running and the best is yet to come with his better pedigreed progeny coming thorugh. His offspring not only win, but win by lengths and streaks. They dominate!
Eureka's newest edition to the stallion ranks is the exceptionally well bred Encryption. Standing in partnership with Darley, the son of Champions Lonhro and Guelph commenced stud duties in 2019. This exceptionally good looking and Group 1 performed sprinter will get his chance to emulate his barn mate Spirit of Boom.
Eureka prides its success on family ethics, generations of hard work, old-fashioned horsemanship including grass-roots breeding and farming practises on some of Australia's most fertile soil. This is of course along with the help of great farm clients, stallion supporters and a lot of luck!
